“Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco” is a family adventure film released in 1996, and it serves as a sequel to the 1993 film “Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey.” The movie was produced by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by David R. Ellis.

In this sequel, we follow the continued adventures of three lovable pets – Shadow, a wise and aging Golden Retriever; Chance, an energetic and mischievous American Bulldog; and Sassy, a sassy and independent Himalayan cat. After their incredible journey home in the first film, the trio finds themselves once again separated from their family, the Seavers.

Determined to reunite with their beloved family, they embark on a new journey through the urban landscape of San Francisco.

As they navigate through the unfamiliar and sometimes dangerous city streets, the pets encounter various challenges and make new friends, both human and animal. Shadow’s wisdom and leadership, Chance’s adventurous spirit, and Sassy’s sharp wit remain at the forefront as they work together to overcome obstacles and find their way back home.

Throughout the movie, the pets learn valuable lessons about the importance of family, loyalty, and the unbreakable bond they share with the Seavers. The film also introduces new characters, including an old police dog named Riley, who helps the pets on their journey.
