A new play pavilion in development at Epcot will include first-of-their-kind experiences devoted to playful fun, inviting guests into an innovative city bursting with interactive experiences and hands-on activities. Friends and family will interact with favorite Disney characters in an energetic metropolis unlike anything ever seen before at Epcot.  (source)

Here is a bit more detail from the D23 2019 Disney wrap up release:

In this digital metropolis, guests will discover an interactive city bursting with games, activities and experiences that connect them with friends, family and beloved Disney characters – both real and virtual – like never before. As part of this new pavilion, guests will have the chance to help legendary fashion icon Edna Mode on her quest to rid the world of uninspired style, or make a splash competing in a water-balloon fight hosted by Huey, Dewey, Louie and Webby.

This new attraction area will replace the former Wonders of Life Pavilion, which has been shutter for almost a decade and used sparingly for special events.

As always, we will be updating and adding to this post as more details about the exciting new pavilion are released.
