As Frozen Ever After’s launch date nears, it looks like things are wrapping up in the Norway Pavilion. The big screens that had been in front of what used to be the Maelstrom have been removed. Our friends at InsidetheMagic (AWESOME Disney World site BTW, but I am sure most of you already know that) give us a sneak peek at the transformed, work-in-progress attraction entrance. Have a look:

Disney announced today that the Frozen Ever After ride at Epcot will open in June.
Frozen Ever After will open in Summer 2016 and will be located in the Norway Pavilion of the World Showcase section of Epcot. It replaces the Maelstrom water ride attraction. The new ride will also be a water ride boat journey that will take visitors into the Kingdom of Arendelle “through the frozen willow forest, past Troll Valley and up to the North Mountain to Elsa’s ice palace.”
Frozen Ever After features Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, the trolls and Marshmallow and the original movie voice talent were brought back for the ride soundtrack.
Outside the Frozen Ever After ride will be the Royal Sommerhus, a traditional Norwegian cabin which will be the new, permanent location of the Anna and Elsa character meet n greet.
More info to come soon as the open date gets closer…
