Rumors had been swirling for a few days that Walt Disney World Resort guests staying in club level rooms would have additional room perks related to FastPasses. This was confirmed yesterday as we now know that guests staying in these premium rooms that have also purchased 3-days or longer worth of park passes will have the ability to purchase a new Theme Park Extra packages that includes the following:

  • (3) additional FastPass choices per day (in addition to the 3 they already get; cant book the same attraction twice)
  • 90-day booking window for the 3 extra FastPasses (as opposed to the normal 60 days)
  • Ability to make the extra FastPass choices at different parks (requires a Park Hopper package)
  • Access to a preferred location each day for viewing a nighttime show (Happily Ever After, Rivers of Light, Illuminations, or Fantasmic)

The new Theme Park Extras package is set to begin being offered to club level guests beginning tomorrow, January 12th. At this time, there is no indication if this feature will be extended to any other WDW resort guests in the future.
