New Disney LEGO Minifigures Coming in September

An image surfaced yesterday that immediately caught my interest. The LEGO fan site “Jay’s Brick Blog” posted brand new screenshots from the 2nd half LEGO catalog. Within the catalog is this promotion for the Disney LEGO minigifures and buried at the bottom of that image is a tease stating:

“A new series comes out in September! You’ll be surprised.”

We have heard the rumors of a LEGO version of Disney’s Cinderella’s Castle in the works with a September release date, but this is the first I have heard about a second series of Disney minifigs.

Pretty exciting news! Here’s hoping there is a Pluto minifigure in this series! I will be adding more to this post as details emerge.
