Who is Sherri Squibbles?
Sherri Squibbles is a lovable character from Disney and Pixar’s Monsters University, the 2013 prequel to Monsters, Inc. She is the cheerful and slightly quirky mother of Scott “Squishy” Squibbles, one of the members of the Oozma Kappa fraternity. Sherri is a kind and supportive parent, who opens her home to Mike Wazowski, James P. Sullivan (Sulley), and the other Oozma Kappa members as they prepare for the Scare Games competition.
Her character stands out for her sweet and endearing personality, which contrasts with her sometimes humorous interactions with the fraternity. Sherri is a single mom and a proud supporter of her son’s dreams, cheering on the Oozma Kappa crew with unconditional enthusiasm. She even has a humorous subplot involving a budding romance with Don Carlton, one of Squishy’s fraternity brothers.
Sherri Squibbles is voiced by Julia Sweeney, an actress and comedian best known for her work on Saturday Night Live.
