Lieutenant Charlie Pizer is a character in the 1979 Disney science fiction film, “The Black Hole.” He is a member of the crew of the spaceship USS Palomino, and serves as the second-in-command to the ship’s captain, Dan Holland. The character was played by Joseph Bottoms.
