Origins and Powers

Charles Xavier was born to a wealthy family in New York City. From a young age, he exhibited extraordinary intelligence and psychic abilities. As he grew older, Charles dedicated himself to understanding and mastering his telepathic powers, which include:

  • Telepathy: Charles can read minds, communicate mentally, and project his thoughts into the minds of others. His telepathy allows him to detect and influence the thoughts and emotions of people around him.
  • Mind Control: He has the ability to control the minds of others, making them act against their will or erase memories.
  • Astral Projection: Charles can project his consciousness onto the astral plane, allowing him to interact with others telepathically over great distances.

Despite his powerful abilities, Charles faced many personal challenges, including the loss of his ability to walk. An accident during a confrontation with his stepbrother, Cain Marko (who would become the Juggernaut), left Charles paralyzed from the waist down.
