Hey A.J.!

“Hey A.J.!” is a lively, imagination-driven animated family comedy aimed at young viewers. The show centers on A.J., a curious and wildly creative 7-year-old girl who transforms everyday activities into thrilling adventures. A simple car ride becomes a rocket-ship space journey, a grocery-store visit turns into a spontaneous dance party, and a trip to the park morphs into a superhero mission. With her beloved stuffed bunny sidekick Theo, A.J. – along with her mom Siggi, dad Marty, and friends Jessie and Jazz – shows that ordinary moments can become extraordinary through the power of imagination.

The series is inspired by the real-life family of former NFL player-turned-children’s-book author Martellus Bennett, who is also an executive producer on the show alongside Jeff “Swampy” Marsh and Michael Hodges. The cast includes Amari McCoy as A.J., with contributions from artists such as Jhené Aiko, among others.

Set to debut on Disney+ and Disney Jr. in 2026, “Hey A.J.!” brings joyful, music-infused storytelling and playful animation to screens, celebrating creativity, family, friendship, and the magic hidden within everyday life.
