Who is Bernie Kropp?

Bernie Kropp is a minor character from Pixar’s The Incredibles. He is a school teacher who appears in a humorous scene where he is frustrated with one of his students, Dash Parr (the son of Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl).

Bernie is convinced that Dash is using some form of cheating or trickery during class, though Dash is actually using his super-speed powers to cause small disruptions that are nearly impossible to notice.

In the movie, Bernie Kropp’s frustration leads to a memorable moment when he rants about Dash’s behavior to Mr. Parr (Bob Parr, aka Mr. Incredible), suspecting something unusual is going on with the boy. Bob, knowing Dash is using his powers, remains nonchalant during the encounter.

Bernie Kropp is voiced by Lou Romano, who is also known for voicing Alfredo Linguini in Ratatouille and working as a production designer and voice actor for various Pixar films.
