Who is Bomb Voyage?

Bomb Voyage is a minor antagonist in Pixar’s animated film The Incredibles. He is a French-speaking supervillain known for his expertise in explosives and his mime-like appearance.

As his name suggests, Bomb Voyage uses bombs and other explosive devices in his criminal activities, combining his theatrical, mime-inspired persona with dangerous schemes.

In The Incredibles, Bomb Voyage makes an appearance early in the film, during the time when superheroes are still active. He is shown attempting to rob a bank in Metroville, only to be thwarted by Mr. Incredible. However, during the altercation, Buddy Pine (later known as the villain Syndrome) gets involved as an aspiring sidekick, and Bomb Voyage plants a bomb on Buddy’s cape. This leads to a chase that results in significant collateral damage, setting the stage for the legal troubles that would later cause superheroes to go into hiding.

Bomb Voyage is voiced by Dominique Louis, who was a Pixar animator and story artist at the time.
