Who is DeSoto?
DeSoto is a character from the 1988 Disney animated film “Oliver & Company.” He is a large and fierce-looking bulldog who serves as the henchman of the film’s main antagonist, Sykes. Despite his intimidating appearance, DeSoto is shown to be a loyal and obedient servant to Sykes, and is often seen carrying out his orders throughout the movie.
