Who is Evelyn Deavor?
Evelyn Deavor is a fictional character from the 2018 Disney/Pixar animated film “Incredibles 2.” She is the main antagonist of the film and the CEO of Devtech, a company that specializes in technology and telecommunications.
Evelyn is a brilliant inventor and scientist who has a deep admiration for supers, but her obsession with them leads her to scheme a way to make them legal again by brainwashing the public to love and trust supers again by using a new technology. She is voiced by actress Catherine Keener in the English version of the film.
