Who is Lord Cutler Beckett?

Lord Cutler Beckett is a prominent antagonist in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series, specifically appearing in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest (2006) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End (2007). He is portrayed by actor Tom Hollander.
