Who is Matangi?

In Disney’s 2024 animated feature “Moana 2,” Matangi emerges as a complex character who transitions from antagonist to ally. Voiced by Awhimai Fraser, Matangi is depicted as an eccentric, bat-themed demigoddess serving as the enforcer for Nalo, the God of Storms.
