Who is  Psycho the Weasel?

Psycho the Weasel is a character from the 1988 live-action/animated hybrid film “Who Framed Roger Rabbit.” The film, directed by Robert Zemeckis and produced by Steven Spielberg, is known for its innovative combination of live-action and animated characters and is set in a fictional 1940s Hollywood where cartoon characters (known as “Toons”) coexist with humans.

Psycho the Weasel is a henchman and one of the minor antagonists in the film. He works for Judge Doom, the primary antagonist of the story. Psycho is known for his sinister appearance, including his menacing weasel features and attire.

Throughout the film, Psycho assists Judge Doom in his plot to destroy Toontown and build a freeway in its place. He is involved in various schemes and confrontations with the film’s protagonist, Eddie Valiant, a private detective.
