Rick Dicker is a government agent and head of the “Super Relocation Program,” tasked with managing the secret identities and welfare of superheroes forced into hiding after public backlash and legal restrictions. His responsibilities include relocating super-powered individuals and their families to new identities and ensuring they stay under the radar. Dicker is known for his no-nonsense demeanor, authoritative presence, and strong sense of duty, though he shows a softer side when supporting the Parr family in their struggles.

Rick Dicker plays a pivotal role in the Parr family’s journey, helping them at crucial moments, such as relocating them after Bob (Mr. Incredible) jeopardizes their cover.
