Who is Rick Dicker?
Rick Dicker is a character in the Disney/Pixar animated movie “The Incredibles” (2004). He is a government agent who works for the Superhero Relocation Program, which helps former superheroes transition back into civilian life. Rick is portrayed as a strict and no-nonsense character who is tasked with helping the Parr family keep their superhero identities a secret. Despite his tough exterior, Rick also shows a softer side at times, particularly when he is helping the Parrs through difficult situations.
