Who is Roscoe?
Roscoe is a character from the Disney animated film “Oliver & Company.” He is a bulldog who is one of the members of a gang of streetwise dogs who live in New York City. Roscoe is depicted as a tough and rough character who often acts as the muscle for the group. He is voiced by actor J.D. Daniels. Despite his gruff exterior, Roscoe is a loyal and protective friend to the other dogs in the gang, especially his best friend DeSoto. Throughout the film, he joins the group on their adventures and helps Oliver, a young kitten who has joined their group, as they try to find their way in the big city.
