Who is Sparky?

Sparky is a minor yet memorable character from Disney’s Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure. This 2001 direct-to-video sequel follows the adventures of Scamp, the rebellious son of Lady and Tramp, as he seeks freedom and independence from his family’s structured lifestyle. Sparky is one of the Junkyard Dogs, a ragtag group of strays Scamp encounters during his journey.
