Who is Tong?

Tong is a character from the Disney animated film “Raya and the Last Dragon.” He is introduced as a fearsome warrior from the Spine, one of the five regions in the fictional land of Kumandra. Initially, he appears to be a formidable and intimidating figure, guarding his territory fiercely.
