Overview
Star Wars: Eclipse is set during the High Republic era, a period hundreds of years before the Skywalker Saga when the Jedi and the Galactic Republic were at their peak.
The game will explore an uncharted region of the Outer Rim, filled with new species, planets, and political tensions. Players will experience the story through multiple playable characters, each with their own motivations and paths, leading to a branching narrative where choices significantly impact the story’s outcome.
While detailed gameplay footage has yet to be released, it is expected to blend Quantic Dream’s signature narrative choices with more traditional action elements. The game promises a rich, interactive story with the ability to influence the narrative through player decisions, leading to multiple possible outcomes and character fates.
