“Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip” is an upcoming family comedy film set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on March 28, 2025.

Directed by Marvin Lemus and written by Matt Lopez, the movie serves as a standalone sequel to the 2014 film “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day,” drawing inspiration from Judith Viorst’s beloved children’s book.

However, their journey quickly descends into chaos, with a series of comedic misadventures that test their unity and resilience. Amidst the turmoil, young Alexander emerges as the unlikely hero, striving to bring his family back together.

Eva Longoria’s portrayal of Val Garcia has been noted for its blend of humor and physical comedy, reminiscent of Lucille Ball’s classic performances.

The film promises a heartwarming narrative that explores themes of cultural identity, family connections, and the humorous unpredictability of life.
