Disney File Lawsuits Over Disney World Property Tax Assessments

Disney Revenue Statistics property assessment law suit News broke this week that Disney is taking Orange County to court over property tax assessments for a number of Disney World properties. Disney is arguing that the 2016 assessments, made by the county in order to calculate property tax owed, were too high and were subject to unjust increases. Some of the properties in question are the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, as well as, a number of Disney World resorts.
