Ironheart is a six-episode Disney+ miniseries created by Chinaka Hodge for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It follows MIT prodigy Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne), who returns to her native Chicago after the dramatic events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Armed with her intellect and armored inventions, she’s poised to make her mark—only to become entangled with Parker Robbins, aka “The Hood,” a mystical criminal whose influence introduces a tension between science and sorcery.

Riri’s journey weaves together high tech and darker forces, exploring themes of grief, ambition, loyalty, and legacy as she grapples with personal loss and moral complexity.

Executive produced by Marvel heavyweights including Ryan Coogler and Kevin Feige, the series blends grounded storytelling with stylized action, anchored by Thorne’s compelling performance.
