Who is Anton Ego?

Anton Ego is a fictional character from the 2007 Disney-Pixar animated film “Ratatouille.” He is a food critic who is feared and respected throughout Paris for his ability to make or break a restaurant’s reputation with a single review. He is initially dismissive and cynical of the titular character, Remy the rat, who is a chef, but ultimately has a change of heart and becomes one of his biggest supporters. He is voiced by actor Peter O’Toole.
