Who is Bertram?

Bertram Winkle is a fictional character in the Disney Channel Original Series “Jessie” which aired from 2011 to 2015.

He is portrayed by Kevin Chamberlin. He is the butler of the Ross family, for whom the show’s protagonist, Jessie, works as a nanny.

He is typically seen as a grumpy, sarcastic and sometimes lazy person, but he also has a good heart and is always there to help when needed.

He is also shown to have a dry wit and is often seen making sarcastic or witty comments. He is a recurring character throughout the series.
