Who is Binkie Muddlefoot?

Binkie Muddlefoot is a character from the classic animated series Darkwing Duck. She is the friendly, overly cheerful, and somewhat eccentric neighbor of the show’s protagonist, Drake Mallard (Darkwing Duck).

Binkie is the mother of the hyperactive child Honker Muddlefoot, who is a friend of Drake’s adopted daughter, Gosalyn. She is also the wife of Herb Muddlefoot, a somewhat clueless but well-meaning man.

Binkie’s character is often portrayed as a typical suburban housewife, though her personality is exaggerated to comedic effect. She is known for her boundless energy, overly enthusiastic personality, and obsession with keeping her household in order. Despite her sometimes irritating tendencies, Binkie is a kind-hearted and well-intentioned character.
