Carlotta is a character from the Disney animated film “The Little Mermaid.” She is a maid who works in the palace of King Triton, the ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantica. She is shown to be a friend of Ariel, the main character, and often helps her with her human-related problems. Carlotta is known for her strong voice and her ability to sing.
