Who is Colette Tatou?
Colette Tatou is a character from the 2007 Disney/Pixar animated film “Ratatouille.” She is a skilled chef and the only female cook at Gusteau’s restaurant in Paris. She is initially skeptical of the main character, Remy the rat, but eventually becomes his ally and helps him achieve his goal of becoming a chef. Colette is voiced by actress Jane Lynch in the film.
