Who is Doug Ramses?
Doug Ramses is a minor but pivotal character in Disney’s animated film Zootopia. He is a sneaky, highly skilled chemist and ram who works as a scientist for the film’s antagonist, Assistant Mayor Bellwether.
Doug’s role in the storyline involves creating a dangerous chemical serum that he uses to make “predator” animals revert to their wild, aggressive instincts.
