Who is Dr. Terminus?
Dr. Terminus is a character in the 1977 Disney film “Pete’s Dragon“. He is a con artist and a snake oil salesman who poses as a doctor and is determined to capture and exploit the magical dragon, Elliot, for personal gain. He is played by Jim Dale. He is a greedy and manipulative character, who tricks the young orphan Pete into helping him capture Elliot, but ultimately fails and gets outsmarted by Pete and the dragon, and is left stranded in the wild. He is one of the main antagonist of the movie.
