Who is Francois?
Francois is a fictional character from the Disney animated film “Lady and the Tramp.” He is a French Poodle and one of the friends of Lady, the protagonist of the story. He is shown as a suave and sophisticated dog who is highly valued by his owner, a wealthy woman. He is also a bit of a flirt, and attempts to court Lady, but ultimately, he is not successful. He appears in the 1955 film and is voiced by actor Bill Thompson. He is not a major character in the story but more of a side character who appears occasionally.
