Who is Grand Councilwoman?

The Grand Councilwoman is a character in the Disney animated movie “Lilo & Stitch.” She is the leader of the Galactic Federation and is responsible for overseeing the capture of dangerous experiments created by the evil scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba. The Grand Councilwoman is a stern and authoritative figure, but she is also fair and just, and she is dedicated to maintaining order and peace throughout the galaxy.

Throughout the movie, the Grand Councilwoman is in pursuit of Stitch, the mischievous and destructive experiment who has escaped from Jumba’s lab and crash-landed on Earth. Despite her initial belief that Stitch is a threat to the galaxy, the Grand Councilwoman eventually comes to see the good in him and helps Lilo and Stitch to escape Jumba and his accomplice, Captain Gantu. In the end, the Grand Councilwoman becomes an ally of Lilo and Stitch, and helps them to defeat Jumba and protect the Earth from his evil plans.
