Who is J. Gander Hooter?

J. Gander Hooter is a character in the Disney animated TV series “Darkwing Duck“. He is the head of S.H.U.S.H. (Secret Headquarters for Upheaval, Strategy and Havoc), a secret organization that battles against evil in the city of St. Canard. Hooter is depicted as a no-nonsense and efficient bureaucrat, who often works behind the scenes and provides Darkwing with information and support. He was voiced by actor John Fiedler.
