Who is Lambie?
Lambie is a central character in the animated children’s television series Doc McStuffins. She is a sweet, caring, and soft-spoken stuffed lamb who serves as Doc’s go-to nurse and best friend. Lambie is always dressed in a pink tutu, reflecting her love for ballet and all things girly. Her nurturing personality and optimism make her the perfect assistant for Doc’s many toy patients, as she provides comfort and reassurance to those in need.
Lambie often acts as the emotional heart of the group, spreading kindness and offering hugs to anyone who needs them, a gesture she calls “Lambie Hugs.”
As a plush toy, Lambie springs to life when in Doc McStuffins’ presence and becomes a crucial part of Doc’s medical team, helping diagnose and treat other toys. Her love for friendship and her occasional bouts of insecurity make her relatable to the show’s young audience, teaching lessons about empathy, self-confidence, and kindness.
The character of Lambie is voiced by Lara Jill Miller, a talented actress known for her roles in numerous animated series.
