Who is Lyle?
Lyle is a character in Disney’s direct-to-video film “The Fox and the Hound 2,” which was released in 2006. He is one of the film’s primary antagonists.
Lyle is the owner of a traveling circus that features various acts, including a talented dog named Dixie. Dixie is one of the film’s main characters and becomes friends with the two main characters from the original “The Fox and the Hound” film, Copper and Tod.
Lyle is depicted as a rather greedy, selfish, and ruthless individual who only cares about making money through his circus. He is willing to exploit Dixie and other animals for profit, even if it means putting them in dangerous situations.
The conflict in the film arises when Copper and Tod both become enamored with the circus and want to join it as performers, which goes against their true nature as friends. Lyle’s character represents the exploitative side of the entertainment industry.
