Mr. Incredible / Robert Parr (The Incredibles)

Robert “Bob” Parr, also known as Mr. Incredible, is a central character in Pixar’s The Incredibles (2004) and its sequel Incredibles 2 (2018). He is the patriarch of the Parr family, which also includes his wife Helen (Elastigirl) and their three children—Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack—all of whom possess unique superpowers.

Bob Parr is a retired superhero who, in his prime, was renowned for his immense strength, durability, and heroism. He was forced to go into hiding under the government’s Superhero Relocation Program after the public turned against supers due to lawsuits and collateral damage caused by their battles.

In the films, Bob struggles to adjust to a mundane suburban life and a desk job at an insurance company, yearning to relive his glory days as a superhero. His desire for adventure draws him into a secret mission that ultimately puts his family in danger, prompting the Parrs to work together to save the day and embrace their roles as heroes.

Bob Parr is voiced by Craig T. Nelson, a seasoned actor known for his roles in Coach and Parenthood.
