Nana is a fictional character from the Disney animated film “Peter Pan” (1953). Nana is the nursemaid of the Darling children, Wendy, John, and Michael. She is a Saint Bernard dog and takes care of the children when their parents are away. Nana is responsible for putting the children to bed, cleaning their room and making sure they are well-behaved. She is a loving and protective figure for the children, and is a source of comfort for them, especially when they are visited by Peter Pan and taken to Neverland. Nana is a minor character in the film, but she is an important part of the Darling family and helps to keep their household running smoothly.
