Who is Nancy Tremaine?
Nancy Tremaine is a character from the Disney film “Enchanted.” She is a modern-day, no-nonsense lawyer who becomes involved with the fairy-tale character Prince Edward, who has been transported from his animated world into the real world. At first, Nancy is skeptical of Edward’s fantastical ways and is put off by his attempts to win her heart, but as she gets to know him better, she begins to see the good in him and falls in love with him. Despite their differences, Nancy and Edward eventually come together and find happiness in each other. In the film, Nancy is portrayed by actress Idina Menzel.
