Who is Oso?
Oso is the main character of the children’s television series “Special Agent Oso“. He is a stuffed panda bear who works as a special agent for U.N.I.Q.U.E. (United Network for Investigating Quite Unusual Events). Oso is a friendly and enthusiastic agent who is always eager to help others and complete his missions. He is also known for his catchphrase, “It’s all part of the plan!” which he says when things don’t go quite as expected. Oso’s missions typically involve helping children with tasks such as tying their shoes, making their bed, or brushing their teeth, and each episode encourages young viewers to learn and develop new skills.
