Who is Percival C. McLeach?
Percival C. McLeach is a character in the Disney animated film “The Rescuers Down Under,” which was released in 1990. He is the main villain of the film.
In the movie, McLeach is depicted as being a ruthless and cunning hunter who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He is obsessed with capturing the rare and exotic animals that live in the Australian outback, and he will go to great lengths to capture them. Despite his ruthless nature, McLeach is also shown to be cunning and charismatic, and he is a formidable opponent for the heroes of the film, the Rescue Aid Society mice Bernard and Miss Bianca.
