Who is Perry the Platypus / Agent P?
Perry the Platypus is a fictional character from the animated television series “Phineas and Ferb.” He is a secret agent who works for the “Organization Without a Cool Acronym” (OWCA), and regularly goes on secret missions to fight the evil plans of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. Despite his serious profession, Perry is often seen by the other characters in the show as nothing more than the family pet. He is known for his fedora and his ability to communicate through a series of whistles. He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker who also voices Jack Sparrow’s parrot in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
