Who is Phineas Flynn?

Phineas Flynn is one of the main protagonists of Disney Channel’s animated series Phineas and Ferb.

Created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, Phineas is a highly creative and optimistic boy who, alongside his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher, spends every day of summer vacation embarking on elaborate and imaginative projects. Whether building roller coasters, traveling to outer space, or inventing new technology, Phineas approaches every endeavor with boundless enthusiasm and ingenuity. His iconic catchphrase, “Ferb, I know what we’re gonna do today!” sets the tone for each day’s adventure.

Phineas is known for his triangular head shape, friendly demeanor, and unwavering positivity. He cares deeply for his friends and family, often involving his neighborhood crew in his escapades. His projects unintentionally frustrate his sister, Candace, who spends her time trying to “bust” him and Ferb by tattling to their mom.

The character is voiced by actor Vincent Martella, whose energetic performance brings Phineas to life. Martella’s youthful and upbeat voice perfectly captures Phineas’s exuberant personality.
