princess One Hundred and One DalmatiansWho is Princess?

Princess is a minor character in Disney’s animated classic, One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961). She is a Great Dane who appears in the “Twilight Bark” sequence, an iconic moment where dogs from all over London spread the word about the missing Dalmatian puppies. Princess and her mate, Prince, are among the many dogs who relay the message. Their distinctive size and elegant demeanor make them stand out in the sequence, and they represent the strong sense of community and urgency among the canine characters working together to help Pongo and Perdita.

Princess does not have a speaking role in the film, so her character is expressed entirely through animation and visual storytelling. As a result, she was not voiced by any specific actor, which is typical for minor, non-speaking roles in classic Disney animation.
