Who is Red?

Red is a central character in “Descendants: The Rise of Red,” a continuation of the popular “Descendants” series by Disney. The “Descendants” franchise revolves around the teenage children of famous Disney villains, exploring their lives and struggles as they navigate their identities and the legacy of their infamous parents.

Red is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, the notorious villain from “Alice in Wonderland.” True to her heritage, Red embodies some of the characteristics associated with her mother, such as a strong-willed and fiery personality. However, like the other descendants, she also seeks to carve out her own identity, separate from the villainous reputation of her parent.
