Who is Scratchy?
Scratchy is a minor character from “Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure,” the direct-to-video sequel to Disney’s classic “Lady and the Tramp.” The film focuses on Scamp, the mischievous son of Lady and Tramp, who desires freedom from his domestic life and joins a group of street dogs called the Junkyard Dogs.
Scratchy is a small, scruffy dog and a member of the Junkyard Dogs. He has a rough appearance and a somewhat feisty personality, but his role in the movie is relatively small compared to other characters like Buster (the leader of the Junkyard Dogs) or Angel, Scamp’s love interest.
