Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun is a character in the Disney animated film “Wreck-It Ralph.” She is a character in the fictional video game “Hero’s Duty” and is depicted as a tough and no-nonsense military leader who is tasked with defending her world from an alien invasion. Throughout the film, Sergeant Calhoun serves as a mentor and ally to the film’s protagonist, Wreck-It Ralph, and helps him to understand the importance of being a hero. She is depicted as being a skilled fighter and a competent leader, and is respected by her fellow soldiers for her bravery and determination. Despite her serious demeanor, Sergeant Calhoun is shown to have a dry wit and a sarcastic sense of humor, and her interactions with Ralph provide some of the film’s most humorous moments. She was voiced by Jane Lynch (Glee).
