Who is Supreme Leader?

In the 1986 sci-fi 3D musical short film Captain EO, produced by Disney and George Lucas, the character of the Supreme Leader is the main antagonist.

The Supreme Leader rules over a dark, industrialized planet, and she initially greets Captain EO and his crew with hostility. Her character represents tyranny and oppression, which EO seeks to counteract with his mission of spreading light and love.
