Who is The Liquidator?

The Liquidator is a villainous character from the Disney animated series Darkwing Duck. He made his first appearance in the episode titled “Dry Hard.”

The Liquidator’s real name is Bud Flud, a shady water-based salesman who transforms into a supervillain made entirely of water after an accident involving his contaminated bottled water and a vat of chemicals. This accident grants him the ability to manipulate water in various ways, turning his body into a liquid form and creating weapons or tidal waves from nearby water sources.

As The Liquidator, he embodies the persona of a fast-talking, overly enthusiastic pitchman, frequently speaking in advertising slogans and sales jargon.
